Note

Dates are set to July 24, 2026, and the jurisdiction is the Republic of Kazakhstan, where Razal is registered.

A legal review is still strongly recommended before these go live, particularly for the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, since Kazakhstan-law governing terms may have limited enforceability for customers in the UK/EU (who have their own consumer protection and GDPR rights regardless of what the Terms state), and Kazakhstan does not currently have a GDPR-equivalent data protection framework identical to the EU's. It is worth confirming with a local lawyer how cross-border data transfers should be described.
